What You Would Gain as a Volunteer First and foremost, by becoming a VCG VIP ( as we regard each and every one of our volunteers) , you will find yourself making new friends - and making an important difference. The work is varied and interesting and the working environment within a small closely-knit and motivated team, is hands-on, friendly and supportive, epitomising a strongly 'can-do' culture. Training will be provided as required to help you enhance your existing skills and acquire new ones, for the benefit of the community and your own self-development.
