Oak Room

Measuring approximately 24' x 26' (7.3m x 7.9m), fully carpeted, light and airy, with a balcony, the Oak Room can seat up to 50 in comfort. Large screen colour TV, video, DVD and laptop projector. Balcony with outside seating.

Regular Hourly Rates:	9.00am - 6.00pm	£19.00
	6.00pm - 10.00pm	£23.00
	Weekends	£27.00

Maple Room

Measuring approximately 13' x 13' (4.0m x 4.0m), the fully carpeted Maple Room presents a cosy and secure setting for smaller meetings, counselling and presentations. Fitted with a monitored panic button.

Flat rate:

£15.00 per hour (plus £3.00 surcharge for weekends)

Holly Room

Flat rate:

£13.00 per hour subject to availability

Note that discounts on all hire rates are available for community (non-profit) organisations and registered charities.
